Take Old 75 South all the way to FM 2793.
Go left on 2793 until it deadends into 1375 East.
Turn left and go about 1.5 miles to Waverly Manor on the left.
Go North on I45 to Exit 102.
Go to first stop sign and turn right on FM 1375.
Go to deadend and turn left on Old 75.
Go one block and turn right on FM 150.
Go over railroad track and one more block to 1375 East.
Turn left and go 3.7 miles to Waverly Manor on the left.
